You might be starting up a new venture. You might be wanting to grow your existing business. You might need somewhere to work from whilst you’re waiting to find your perfect office.
 
It doesn’t matter why you need office space, just tell us what you want and how long you want it for and we’ll do the rest.
 
We want to try and give you one less business headache, which is why we’ve tried to make our offering as flexible as possible. We won’t tie you down to a long-term agreement, our serviced offices can be hired on a term as short as 30 days. The Cullinan-designed EMLC building has a modular design, meaning each office can be scaled up or down to make it bigger or smaller, dependent on your needs.
 
CONFERENCE AND TRAINING ROOMS FROM ONLY £50
 
Here at the East Midlands Logistics Centre we can cater for anything from small scale events for a couple of people through to a 60 person exhibition or conference. We also offer training rooms for a range of sizes.
 
Not all organisations have the space to put on events for a large number of guests. Fortunately, we do and we don’t mind sharing. Our larger rooms are great spaces to work with:
 
Somewhere local to host a networking or fundraising event for local businesses.
Somewhere central to provide training for your staff.
Somewhere to gather industry officials for a multi-day conference.
 
Full catering, use of equipment and facilities are available, with prices starting from just £50 + Vat.
MEETING ROOMS FROM ONLY £20
 
With prices starting from £20, why host an important meeting at a service station by the side of a road?
 
Our meeting rooms are designed for those organisations and professionals who need to conduct meetings, presentations or interviews in a professional, business environment. We have a variety of different sized meeting rooms, all of which can be tailored to ensure that they cater for your needs (e.g. Wi-Fi, telephones, tables, chairs, displays, whiteboards etc.).
 
Our meeting rooms are located 10 minutes from the M1, next to the A52, A38 and A50 and only a 15 minute walk from Derby Train Station. Included in the price is free on-site secure parking, superfast Wi-Fi, shared use of the kitchen facilities, breakout area and garden, all in an innovative and creative environment. Costs start from £20 per 1/2 day and £35.00 per day
